-You may wear a mask if you want however they are not required
- Hand sanitizer is available for you upon arrival or you may wash your hands

How do I book an appointment?

Should I wash my hair before a color service? 

It is not necessary to wash your hair the day of service unless you have a lot of product or buildup on your hair.  The color that I use is gentle and ammonia free so it performs best on clean hair. 

What products should I use at home?

I recommend personally selected hair care products that maintain your color and support healthy and beautiful hair. When you come in, I will prescribe an at-home care plan to maintain your hair between appointments

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please give at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment and helps you to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service scheduled - no shows will be charged the full cost of the service scheduled.  If you decide during your appointment to not have one of the services scheduled you will still be charged for that service

Late Policy

Please be on time for appointments and if you are going to be late, please let me know.  I will do the same.  If you arrive late for your appointment your services may have to be altered to fit the remaining time.  If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.  If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for the services scheduled that day.

Adjustments

If you aren’t completely satisfied with the end result of your hair, please contact me within 1 week of your completed service.  I will do my best to accommodate you in a timely manner and adjust the original service performed.  I stand by my work and it is my top priority to deliver hair that you love!
